Channel 4 and Paramount's Channel 5 have agreed a historic commercial alliance. Channel 4 will assume control of Channel 5's ad sales, transferring the in excess of £300 million contract from Sky. The joint sales team will handle advertising for both channels from 2027. The agreement delivers a single offering for advertisers. The statement was made on 16 September 2026.
