L'Jarius Sneed of the Kansas City Chiefs has been given the green light in Week 7. Sneed made his own arrangements to Seattle. Other active players include tight end Jared Wiley and offensive tackle Alex Pounds, making their first appearances. The Chiefs have several players sidelined, including Jaylon Moore.
